This is a quick guide to help you know the different types of fabrics we use, the different knits and weaves we are capable of producing as well as sourcing for you. As apparel manufacturers, we make customized products as per your specifications.
100% natural, pure organic cotton, is luxuriously soft and comfortable. Breathable, strong, durable, & hypoallergenic. Also, eco-friendly as it is totally biodegradable.
CONS: Shrinks, wrinkles, & color-fades, retains water and so is not suitable for sportswear. However, we can treat cotton to overcome these.
The fabric of choice for conscious retailers and environment-friendly brands who believe in sustainable clothing or fashion. There is a great demand for this fabric as brands/consumers now wish to reduce their carbon footprints.
CONS: Though not as strong as virgin cotton (as the sorting and shredding process strains the fabric considerably), we can make great cotton products from recycled cotton yarn. Talk to us for amazing ideas!
This cotton blend retains the innate goodness of cotton i.e. breathability, sturdiness, and stability while adopting the sensible qualities of polyester and spandex.
This tri-blend is excellent for making sportswear or activewear as this fabric is lightweight, breathable, durable, stays wrinkle-free, and has great moisture-wicking qualities.
We have the capability to blend the fibers in any combination of your choice based on your requirement.
This medium-weight blend is low maintenance, stays happily wrinkle-free, and has low pilling (with treatment). The elasticity of Elastane (Spandex) and cotton’s breathability and sturdiness make this fabric ideal for making comfortable loungewear, T-shirts, leggings, etc.
We can blend the two fibers in any combination that you require.
Polyester the ever-popular inexpensive synthetic fabric has many great qualities going for it.
It is lightweight, breathable, has high water wicking properties, doesn’t shrink, doesn’t wrinkle, retains shape, and is long-lasting. It also holds dye well too.
CONS: Has some harmful environmental impacts. It is not 100% biodegradable. Some forms of polyester that are biodegradable also take a century or more to be totally gone. Moreover, when you wash polyester, it breaks down into micro-particles (plastic) that pollute oceans and harm marine life.
This blend, also popularly known as “poly-spandex fabric” is a stretchy polyester fabric. The important characteristics of this fabric profile are lightness, breathability, durability, elasticity, moisture-repellent qualities, softness, and so on. Hence, it is ideal for comfort wear. It also holds dye well.

It is a rage in the fashion industry right now. It is a luxurious fabric that feels soft (almost silk-like) on the skin in addition to and above having all the qualities that make cotton so dear to us. Modal is a type of rayon. It is a plant-based (made from beech-tree pulp) semi-synthetic textile.
It is a light fabric, highly breathable, has a little stretch, and drapes really well. It is an ideal fabric for nightwear, innerwear, loungewear, and so on.
CONS: It is a bit expensive (though it does not cost the earth). It is often mixed with cotton or spandex to make it stronger (though modal is durable enough on its own) and more affordable.
Bamboo fiber is also a kind of rayon or viscose that as the name suggests is made from bamboo pulp in addition to other natural or synthetic fibers.
Bamboo fiber when blended with cotton creates a luxuriously soft fabric that is even better than cotton. Moreover, its natural anti-bacterial property is an added boon. When treated with spandex, the fabric attains a stretch. This bamboo cotton spandex blend is ideal for innerwear, nightwear, and comfort-wear.
CONS: This fabric is a bit expensive but then don’t good things in life always come for a price!
