You come to us with your design ideas along with your tech pack/s. Next, we finalize the production details. In case you are a new brand and do not have any tech pack, we help to build your tech pack/s and other relevant design submissions.
We source all types of necessary material as per your requirement and develop your products paying attention to the minutest of specs like selection of fabrics, trims, mock ups, visual examples of seams, even labels and packaging.
Once the product design is agreed upon, it’s time for the pre-production samples! This involves: lab-dips, strike offs, fit samples, and prototypes. Upon your approval of the PP sample, we move ahead with bulk production.
Once you give us a thumbs up for the PP samples/Sew samples, we proceed to bulk production. Your creations are ready to take shape! Once into the production we pull out the TOP (Top of Production) sample. All okay, we move onto finishing your products readying them for shipment.
